I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared healthcare operations and clinical leader with nearly 20 years of experience across frontline care, education, leadership, operational management, outpatient systems, managed care, and virtual healthcare environments.
Throughout my career, I consistently found myself identifying the same patterns:
* workflow friction hidden inside “functional” systems
* implementation strategies failing at the frontline level
* communication breakdowns impacting execution
* operational overwhelm normalized as sustainability
* leadership and frontline teams operating from different realities
That operational visibility ultimately became the foundation for Aligned Operational Advisory.
I bring a perspective shaped by experience across frontline care, education, leadership, and operations, allowing me to identify patterns, strain points, and disconnects from multiple levels of the system simultaneously.
